Hotel plus ou moins bien entretenu. J’y étais seule et pour une seule nuit, mais pas d’oreiller supplémentaire, la salle de bain n’était pas super propre, tapis au sol qui semblait dater de longtemps…pas d’air climatisé, donc j’ai été obligée de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes (une Fan était fournie par contre) et c’était très bruyant. Bref, okay pour une seule nuit, mais cher pour ce que ce fut.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. Is the worst hotel that I’ve ever stayed at- there’s nothing in a proper listing saying that they don’t have air-conditioning and it was nearly 90°. I woke up the first night in a hot sweat, I did not sleep well so also I did not enjoy the next day of my trip. I called hotels.com, and the property refused to refund me due to this bait and switch of the selling of the room. The hotel responded, saying, “ since we don't have air conditioning, it obviously cannot be malfunctioning. the new category of room has a terrace, which means even more flies could get in.” Are they kidding ? It’s my fault that I need to open the balcony door due to the heat- it’s my fault that you don’t have screens on your windows or doors? DO NOT BOOK HERE.

The room was not dirty but had questionable stains everywhere. It was sickeningly hot in the room. We were given 2 fans. Both were so full of dust that we turned them on pointing out the balcony at first to make sure we didn’t blow it into the room. One fan didn’t even work and the other provided little to no respite. We travelled with 2 small children and we were worried they would overheat overnight. Additionally, we had a room with a balcony. We thought we could just keep the door to the balcony open overnight to cool the room, but the balcony is shared with neighbouring rooms. There is a divider, but someone could easily access your doll if they wanted to. We are glad we only stayed there 2 nights and would never stay there again.

The main lobby smell pee. There’s no A/C in the unit only small business electric fan,and it’s not enough for 2 person. It’s too hot.

The hotel building I stayed in needs to be renovated

Room was good, bed comfortable.

First there's a homeless dude sleeping at the lobby. Then I get allergic reaction from the carpet in the room. I don't recommend this place at all it's not even cheap.

The staff were lovely and helpful but the rooms were dated and old.location good and beds comfy. Tv no channels but was able to watch my phone on TV so not an old one lol but nothing else. If you are looking for a hotel just for a base to sleep then it's bang on

Terrible experience. When we arrived, I noticed there was a sign advertising a free bus pass for the city and surrounding areas. When I inquired about this pass the woman at the front desk said “I wouldn’t do that, everything you need is in walking distance, it’s only useful if you need to leave the city”. I replied that we were going be leaving the city for some activities, and we were hoping to visit a pool which was a little further from walking distance, so the pass would be helpful. I was met with rude and sarcastic remarks and said if I want to do activities outside the city I should just “book a tour.” She would not give us the free buss pass that was advertised on the front desk. The next day, another staff member was working and happily gave us the passes when asked for them. This hotel is also very dirty, not well maintained and is on a very busy street corner so you will not get much peace since there is no air conditioning and you will need to leave the window open at all times. The “double bed” is 2 twin beds pushed together on very flimsy mattresses which always separated whenever my partner or I rolled over in bed. The hotel is close to a lot of tourist attractions, however it is just not worth it. Very disappointed.
