This was a wonderful boutique property in a central, yet quiet Downtown Kyoto location, really close to a train station and within walking distance to many popular and special sights, plus restaurants, shops, and convenience stores all around the area. We loved our pretty balcony, and the bed was much larger than the stated queen-size. Breakfast was delivered to our spacious and clean room, and there were so many nice amenities. Alex at the front desk was so kind and informative; he knows a lot of amazing, tourist-free spots in Kyoto! And the bartender at the lobby bar was awesome, too. All the staff were great. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and very attentive staff. Our room had a small balcony which was lovely. Centrally located - bakery just next door, 7-11 for quick drinks/snacks right around the corner and access to the subway less than 5 min walk. Would stay here again!

Excellent location in a nice neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants. Drugstore and cute clothing shops nearby. Great soft ice cream at Guru right around the corner. Clean, spacious room. Lovely staff.

A fabulous boutique hotel. Well located. The staff were excellent and the rooms are very luxurious. A wonderful place to stay in Kyoto.

We loved this place. Small and beautiful. Loved the bar with delicious drinks. The staff were always ready to help. I would absolutely recommend this place

A lovely welcome from both Alex and Ridina. They both were there whenever we needed help with anything. Lovely boutique hotel away from the hustle and bustle of Kyoto but still close enough to all major tourist hotspots. A special thankful to the bar lady, we never got her name. She was a real superstar.
