Quick trip to Des Moines for a fancy dinner and a trip to the zoo. Clean, modern room and a very helpful front desk. Spent more on dinner than the room. 14th Street is busy, and you may need to do turnaround off a side street, but you can get to just about anything you need from there without much travel.

The room was very nicely remodeled but very BASIC....the concierge Dennis was available 24/7 & provided cups, bottled water & kleenex upon our request & delivered them to our room. The bed was very comfortable. There was no remote with the TV so we had to use the buttons on the TV itself. All in all if you're looking for a place to sleep/shower it's great for the price. Would stay there again..close to downtown!

The room was clean and the staff friendly. It is an old motel but was perfect for a quick stay while on the road as it is inexpensive.

This was a no frills place to stay but the room was nice and the front desk guy was friendly. If you are looking for a cheap but nice place to stay, check them out.

The room i stayed in was nice, they didn't have much for toilet paper in the bathroom though, but it did have a nice big shower. My only real complaint was the bed, it was hard as a rock.

Rất tốt A little upcoming gem in Des Moines! The rooms are better than what you typically get for this price and they are upgrading the hotel to be an affordable boutique hotel in the area. The owner, Dennis, was very kind. If you are on a budget, definitely don't let the outside turn you away. Appreciated my stay.
