My room was very large and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable. Its a beautiful property and the staff is amazing! I had a fabulous breakfast this morning by tje pool! I can't wait to come back!!

Our stay was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed — warm, attentive, and effortlessly professional in every interaction. The property itself is immaculate; every detail feels intentional, refined, and meticulously cared for. The amenities are luxurious without being overdone, creating an atmosphere that feels both indulgent and deeply comfortable. The meals were exceptional — beautifully presented, thoughtfully prepared, and consistently delicious. Each dining experience felt special in its own right. This hotel is more than just a place to stay; it’s an experience. Elegant, polished, and truly memorable — a rare gem that sets the standard for what hospitality should be. We cannot wait to return.

The room was in good condition. However a few things to note- the bedroom and bathroom are seperate rooms but they are divided by a large opening with stained glass- not a solid wall. You can see the bed when on the toilet!! Also the room is not sound proof and you can hear a beeping sound from the door buzzer which is often. The rooms do have an amazing view. THere is no mini fridge and they charge extra for a cooler with ice if you want to keep your drinks cold. They said they do this to make extra money!!! Also it comes with 2 nespresso pods and they charge extra for any extra. You can ask for cream at the kitchen.

the room was great but they want to nickle and dime you for everything. Thehad no fridges in the room and wanted 200 pesos for a cooler with some ice.There was no water to drink and the employee told me that they wanted to charge for everything. We werethe only couple for breakfast and it took almost an hour

This was an outstanding stay. The staff went above and beyond every chance they had the properties, beautiful, quiet, and well appointed they had some of the best food of any of the restaurants we ate in and normally we regretted going down into the town to get charged much more with less service and quality of food the only issue with this place is that was deferred maintenance in some of the rooms. For example, the handheld shower holder was broken in my room. One of the lights was flickering near the doorway and the bathtub plug didn't work so I couldn't take a bath also, the first two days the phone in the room did not work. Also, it's a bit tricky. You cannot leave the property unless they let you out so we waited a bit hoping they would open the door, but I'd rather have this and have excellent security Omar and Pasquale were just wonderful no detail went unattended to for example I lost my embroidery needle and the hotel manager herself gave me a new embroidery needle within five minutes of me inquiring. Also, I was traveling with Family and one of my family members lost a dear item at a nearby restaurant. The hotel contacted the restaurant and then personally went to go retrieve the item that was lost.
