Rooms are spacious even at the base level. Several high quality restaurants on site so you don’t have to go out for dinner. Property itself is top notch and ranks among the best 5-star places worldwide. Staff is plenty and attentive. Cannot go wrong with this place.

The only reason I give this hotel a good rating over excellent is because I just stayed at the Four Seasons Bengaluru and the staff go out of their way to please you and make your stay phenomenal. When we checked into the Ritz we were on our way to the elevator when we realized we only had one key card. We asked the lady who checked us in and she told us to come back tomorrow. This should have been done immediately. The staff at the breakfast resto were great and helpful. Location is fantastic but I would likely go back to the Four Seasons before the Ritz. The service at the Four Seasons is top notch from start to finish.

This was a super stay - hotel is very central, nice rooms and common areas including a good pool, great breakfast, fantastic service. Booking a club is room was worth it - the included food and drink was generous, high quality, and worth it. This is now my go to hotel in Bangalore

Amazing!!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure that every small detail of my stay was taken care of. Definitely where I’ll always be staying at when in BLR.

Excellent as always. I don't like the rainfall showers, they are very inconvenient, and it hurts to bend over backward if you don't want to get your hair wet. A proper shower projects water at an angle not straight down. Also the styling is painful with the sharp corners. The little wand is not the same as a real shower. If you provide a wand it should be a large circular area, not a small rectangle. I recommend to replace all shower fixtures with a more ergonomic design. Also the bath towels are much too large. It makes no sense to talk about being eco-friendly and saving water when you provide bath towels that are twice the size they need to be. A larger towel requires more water and more soap so it negates any savings derived elsewhere.
