The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the train station, and it is within walking distance of tourist attractions, shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

Dưới mức trung bình The experience was disappointing overall, with the exception of Adam at the front desk, who was professional and helpful.
I booked a suite, which had two A/C units. Unfortunately, neither functioned properly. One unit was extremely noisy, making it difficult to rest, while the other blew warm air instead of cooling the room.
What concerned me most was not the malfunction itself, but how it was initially handled. When I reported the issue, I was advised to open the balcony door and was offered a fan instead of an effective solution. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, I was told the manager was on vacation, that they did not know when the manager would return, and that there was no one else available for me to speak with.
The issue was ultimately addressed the following day with a room change, but only after a disrupted first night and the inconvenience of packing and relocating during my stay. I expected a much better level of service and problem resolution from a hotel offering suites at this price point.

Tuyệt vời Beautiful hotel next to Stat park, conveniently located, the staff at the check in desk are very helpful. The view in the breakfast room on 12 th floor is magnificent, however the service staff in the breakfast room are rite and quite condescending, ruined our experience. Highly recommend for the view in the hotel

Amazing view of Vienna! Nice balcony space. Great shower. Nice breakfast and they make personal egg dishes for guests. Enjoyed the afternoon coffee/tea/cakes from 1-5pm every day. Nice space to take a break and then return to sightseeing. Walking distance to much of the historic city and museums,

The hotel was happily located and close to all attractions and tour meeting points in the innerstadt. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.
My single room with a balcony was small but cute. The balcony afforded a great view and made the room bigger. Also the close to the floor french doors was a great addition. I would definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony.
A little bit of a disappointment was the lack of good brew coffee in the room given the high quality coffee culture in Vienna. The bar in lobby does provide good coffee at a price.
Another thing to note is the lack of an iron in the room. Had to go to a common area to iron and that too after checking with the front desk to make sure the room would be open.
The room also lacks a safe making it inconvenient for intl travelers.
All in all good value though

The hotel is nice and we got a top floor room with a large balcony. The view of the city, especially at night was spectacular.
The hotel has not restaurant and there is no room service.
