Tốt One of the amenaties listed is a safe in the room, however, it is not free, you will be charged per night for using the safe. It's a non-smoking facility, however, staff smokes outside. The water in the room was warm, never got hot. Parking was free. The elevator was broken and we had to carry our bags up 3 flights of stairs, so if a person is not physically capable of doing that and had to cancel due to a broken elevator, we were informed that we would still be charged even though it was not our fault. Guy at front desk was courteous and nice. There is no fridge in the room which would have been nice to have and use, however, now that I know that you are charged for a safe, I would be afraid we might be charged for the fridge. I have learned that even though amenities are listed, you still need to call to verify they are included and not a la cart. All that being said, I highly doubt we will ever stay at a Red Roof Inn in the future.

I had a really comfortable stay overall. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt fresh upon arrival. Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything in order during my visit.
The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and check-in/check-out was smooth and easy.
Parking was convenient and felt secure, which made coming and going stress-free.
One of the best parts was the location—there were several shops nearby, making it easy to grab food, essentials, or just explore without needing to drive far.
Overall, a solid and convenient place to stay, especially for short trips or travelers who want easy access to nearby stores.

Dưới mức trung bình False advertisement on the Expedia app and red roof..Basically 76 dollars doesn't get you a microwave or fridge..but he did switch me to a room(with a 11.00 upgrade)50.00 deposit that did have it but had roaches scattered throughout the room including the tub and toilet and sink and walls..wake up to what we and my wife did at 6am would definitely have u act the front desk and checking out like we did at 6:00am 12th 0P0ll
