Its was amazing experience and place was nice too so helpful aswell

Room was a great size but there was only one thin pillow each. No spares in the cupboard. The air conditioning didn’t work despite trying to reset it and looking up instructions. The room was 27 degrees overnight and the window doesn’t open! They could do with fans in the room as a stand by. It would be better if there was a plus socket nearer the bed as I need a machine overnight for breathing and there was nowhere to plug it in (although there are phone charger sockets) There was no fridge, which would have been useful due to the temperature and the bottled water going warm. After flushing the loo, when the tank finished refilling there was an almighty bang each time. I didn’t bother mentioning any of this upon checking out, because the lad on reception barely looked up a us, and didn’t ask if everything had been ok with the stay. He simply mumbled that we were checked out. And that was that! The receptionist the night before on check in was lovely though and she gave all the info about the amenities etc. price of the room was fair. Nice and clean and it’s close to everything you need in town.

Funny smell in the room , extra charge of £50 still not received back and also attitude of receptionist was extremely poor .

Great hotel! Having stayed at most hotels in Liverpool I was mega impressed at how quiet this hotel is, how good the staff are and how nice the breakfast is. Defo recommend

We booked a room with twin beds and arrived at 2pm. We were told we were too early and had to wait for 3pm along with about 30 other people who were milling about by reception. We were told our room had a double bed but they would sort it. At 3pm, all 30 people rushed forward to the desk to be delayed by just 2 staff, it was a shambles. Went to the room and lo and behold it was still a doing bed. So down I went to again ask for it to be dealt with and was told that while we were out they would sort it. On our return at 1am we found the bed was still a double bed so down I went yet again to demand it gets sorted. To say I was met with arrogance from the staff was an understatement. It was as if I was being awkward. Finally a staff member came upstairs and altered the bed before tossing sheets into the bed and leaving in a huff. I couldnt wait to leave in the morning so didnt stay for breakfast. This is the third time we have been met with arrogant, disinterested Radisson staff, and it's safe to say we won't encounter them ever again.

Check in was a joke. Queue out of the door and rooms not ready, one reception desk on trying to cope (not very well). Air con in room not working which seemed to be a common theme. No way to complain about this due to the front desk chaos.

Now rooms are refurbished they are much better. The White Bar is currently being refurbished and I look forward to seeing that when it done. What makes the hotel great is the staff.
