Tuyệt vời The house is beautiful, clean, and well cared for. They have paid attention to every detail. It was super convenient that they send you your access code in advance so no check in is needed. Very pleasant and comfortable stay!

Easy to check in with good communication from the staff. Room was lovely, with towels replaced daily. Shower pressure fluctuated with the temperature going from cool to extremely hot but that was the only complaint. Would definitely recommend and return to this property.

The hotel has a homely feeling lounge with a microwave, fridge and coffee maker which is very convenient for breakfast/snacks. The location was very good, only a few minutes walking to DART station (three stops to city centre) and bus stops. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Check-in by codes is very easy. They also have a staff member on site most of the time. Luke was great - he was really responsive and helpful. All in all the hotel is very good value for money.

Loved the chocolate and biscuit on the pillow, very clean other than the carpeting showing its age. Quiet neighborhood close to stadium and beach.

Location was great (close to train). The male attendant was great, super helpful! The room was out of date, the carpet was gross, the bathroom curtain was dirty, and I did see a bug in my bed lol.

Clean room and bathroom. A bit of traffic noise at night. Lack of a lift was a challenge. Convenient for a trip to the ferry terminal.

Butlers townhouse is in a nice quiet area. It is near lansdowne station, a short train to get to the center of action. There happened to be an employee there when I was checking in who was very helpful. The home is beautiful. It was a neat experience rather than staying in a hotel. The water pressure was fanastic, bed was comfy, ample space in the room. Will be staying again if im ever back!

Tốt Clean accommodation overall. A nice welcome and easy to access.
The bed was very difficult getting in and out of as it was very tall. The shower water was temperamental, running hot and cold. There seemed to be a lot of noise in the early hours of the morning, which meant we were awake from around 6am. This was both from areas outside our room, as well as noises that sounded like electrics and pipes in the building.
