Tuyệt vời Staff was very helpful with parking and recommendations. Room was clean and quiet. Shower was a bit tight, but we made it work.

This is a very nice hotel in a nice, safe neighborhood. It is convenient to walk or take the bus to city center and it was nice to be out of the main tourist area. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was amazing. I was driving to the location and they provided my guidance on the ZTL over chat. They provided excellent customer service, all the staff were friendly. The location was great. We partook in the breakfast which was delicious and an incredible deal. I will stay here again! Great value and experience.

The check-in was fast and easy.
The hotel is nicely decorated and cozy.
Staff was very helpful and friendly.
We were allowed to use a microwave oven near the breakfast area to heat some food we bought in a nearby market.
We were given a big 2 single beds, 1 double bed room, while we had a reservation for a normal twin-single bed room.
There was a safe and a working frigobar (that actually cooled things).
The bathroom was spacious except for the shower box, which was somewhat small. It had the shower gels that are those that are fixed to the walls, which are the better ones.
The breakfast was ok, not much variety but good quality.
There are not things you can buy in the reception region in case of need, apart from the drinks from the frigobar.
Location is ok, it is definitely not close to the main areas or train stations, but the neighborhood is not poor and there are markets nearby.

Breakfast super affordable, good location just outside the city so it’s walkable to see the sights. Big beds (perhaps slightly too big for the room) but overall a very pleasant and affordable stay!

Thank you for an excellent stay! An easy bus ride from the train station and then a short walk, we found Hotel Jane in excellent condition. The lobby, dining area, and hotel room were spotlessly clean, the staff very courteous and attentive, and the breakfast delightful and welcomed. The neighborhood was quieter than around the cathedral area, but the hotel is close to a grocery and restaurants. The bottle of wine was appreciated, too. We did not use W-Fi. In short, we would stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at your hotel. Old school style using actual keys and ledger which adds to the charm. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Older hotel but very clean and well maintained. Accesible to tourist destinations. Will stay again when back in Firenze!
