Favorite hotel always. Will go again certainly.

To reach the room on the second floor, you have to use an old, rusty metal staircase. Two foul-smelling trash cans stand next to the stairs. The veranda in front of the rooms was very dirty; overflowing ashtrays were lying around, and the floor was covered with old, worn-out carpets. The beds were clean and fine, but the room and bathroom hadn't been repainted in a long time—the same goes for the furniture. The bottom of the bathtub was very worn. You have to pay an extra $10 for parking. There was no coffee or ice machine available. At least the refrigerator worked.

We travel lots for work and to visit family. I am not opposed to dated rooms etc. As long as it is clean and in good repair. We travel as cheap as possible and dont expect much. This was the first time we have arrived somewhere and literally turned around and walked out of the room. Which we were very disappointed as we used our reward room and were out the fee for the 2nd night. At the end of the day the 200+ loss was still worth piece of mind of not staying there. Do not recommend at all. Niagara Falls has lots of other options for the discount traveler.

Stay was okay, pool is non functional, otherwise a nice affordable place to stay

Staff was very helpful and friendly but room was not as expected.
