One of the worst hotel experiences in my life.
1) I applied for airport pick up from hotel & the driver never arrived so had to take a normal taxi from airport
2) The wifi was continously cutting and and sometimes not connecting at all throught my full stay
3) The AC stopped working entirely
4) My hotel room stopped opening entirly 2 times & I was left stranded outside my hotel room
5) The staff who were willing to help r slow sometimes & clueless of providing solutions
I will never come back to this hotel again even for 1 dollar

We arrived very late. The taxi let us off early because of police activity and we had to walk down a dark alley to arrive. At first we thought “what did we book?” But in the morning and during the day the hotel area was lively and busy. The hotel is located at the end of a long busy street. The breakfast was good. Good location to see the sights on this side of Istanbul.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Triada Hotel Karaköy, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. The hotel perfectly blends modern comfort with the historic charm of the Karaköy district, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
The rooms were beautifully designed—clean, stylish, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail, which made it feel both luxurious and welcoming.
The staff were exceptional throughout my visit, Friendly, professional, and always ready to help.
One of the highlights of the stay was the hotel’s location. Situated in the vibrant Karaköy area, it was within easy walking distance of great restaurants, cafés, and key attractions. The Bosphorus was also very close by, which made it even more special to take in the beautiful views and enjoy the waterfront atmosphere.
Overall, I highly recommend Triada Hotel Karaköy to anyone visiting Istanbul. Whether you’re traveling for leisure or business, it offers a perfect combination of comfort, style, and excellent service!
