Amazing service and staff

Very kind staff. They were very helpful in securing restaurant reservations on our behalf. The room is very nice and has a modern Japanese style. I especially loved the outdoor onsen (can be reserved).

The most tasteful, kind and comfortable boutique hotel in Kyoto. So much nicer than a big chain and near the Higashiyama sights

The staff was incredible! I would definitely recommend staying here, they make you feel very special.
