Yes, clean and comfortable. Landlord extremely helpful. Comfortable mattress which is the most important thing for me.

Lovely host, easy check in, spotlessly clean room, just one issue low shower pressure, perfect location although limited parking option, fantastic price

this is one of the best bed-and-breakfast we have ever stayed. The manager. Owner was incredibly helpful on everything accommodating us in the best way possible it was a joy to stay there incredibly accessible and very reasonably price. One of the best ones. We stayed yet book this place you won’t regret.

Host is excellent. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. If l went back to Southampton, l would stay here again.

Nice B&B type guest house with friendly staff. It’s an easy walk from the railway station (make sure to depart the station at the exit near platform 1–saves a lot of steps). The only possible issue is that the beds correspond to US double size, so expect some cozy nights. Nice home-cooked breakfast. Recommended!

Much better than I expected, the proprietor was helpful, friendly and made a superb proper English breakfast. Recommended and if I am ever in Southampton again would not hesitate to rebook. Seriously, excellent value.
