Perfect location for a 2 night stay - easy walk to shopping and restaurants. Old Town Trolley stops right in from of hotel. We stay there everytime we visit St. Augustine

Clean, modern room in a great location. Parking right in front of your room. There is an extra charge for parking. Not bad , considering the convenience.

Pro: convenient location to historical downtown. Cons: platform that bed was sitting on was dirty, hairs all over, gross! Says it has a pool then they notify you one day before your trip, oops we no longer have a pool, they covered the pool to add more parking which they charge you $20 extra per night to park on top of hotel cost yet again don’t tell you until a day prior to your trip! No smart tv, tv didn’t work, hotel staff said most tv’s in rooms don’t work!

Very clean and updated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. I forgot some clothes in the closet when leaving and front desk and housekeeping made sure that I got everything back. Easy on site parking. Within walking distance of downtown bars and restaurants. I will be back for another weekend getaway. Thank you so much

Incredible value for waterfront location. Super friendly staff. Loved sitting watching the marina activity and Bridge of Lions drawbridge from balcony chairs

Upgraded rooms. Beds could use upgrades as frames are a little noisy when sitting down on. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We had the handicap room and it was okay as we were both mobile and upright with cane use for assistance. However I frequently travel with a sister that uses a scooter/wheelchair and you should know some things. 1. The bed was way too high for someone to transfer to or from in a sitting position and for feet to be firmly on ground when sitting on side of bed. 2. The toilet was too low for a transfer to or from a scooter or wheelchair. 3. There was no cut out under sink for someone in wheel chair or scooter to reach the sink. 4. In the shower the soap/shampoo dispenser were behind bench, high and not reachable when sitting on bench in shower and the one shelf was very high behind the shower and not reachable when sitting on bench. 5. the shower was very difficult to turn on/off. Both of us had difficulty. 6. The towel storage cubicles were way too high for someone in a wheel chair or scooter to reach 7. The lights next to bed on wall were too high for someone in wheelchair or scooter to reach 8. The coffee machine was too high for someone to reach in a wheel chair or scooter. Even we moved it over next to sink for easier use. I must say The staff was pleasant and helpful and the location is perfect for access to the downtown and trolly.

Walking distance to everything in downtown St Augustine which was my main criteria.

Solid place, great location, very clean.

Room was very clean and modern furniture and bathroom. Staff was very friendly. Walkable to attractions and food. Highly recommended
