Location!!! Good air conditioning! Friendly and helpful staff. Only negative-no fridge! Would stay again.

The location was great- lovely walking neighborhood with shops and food close by and easy access to the Circle Line in the Underground to go to all the places you want to see in London. Beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds, useful usb outlets making our converters not as necessary and wonderful ac during the heat wave. We definitely want to come back for another stay!

Absolutely lovely hotel. Beautifully clean and bright throughout. Both reception staff I met were smart, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, not much to choose from in the continental section but the freshly ordered hot breakfast I had was lovely. I was upgraded on arrival so had a larger room than expected which was very appreciated. It meant my daughter and I could have our own beds. The room was clean and bright and so quiet! Could not fault the hotel. The area it is in is also beautiful. Minutes from Nottinghill on foot or Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park and plenty choices for somewhere to eat within a 10 minute walk in all directions. Will definitely return. Thank you

We stayed for a couple of nights and booked a Superior Double Room, although it looked quite different from the photos and felt much smaller than we had expected.
We contacted reception straight away and the team were incredibly apologetic and understanding. They asked us to return the following morning and kindly offered us a larger room at no extra cost.
The next morning we were assisted by Nara, who went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. She moved us to a much larger room, which was exactly what we had expected when booking. No request was too much trouble for her.
Nara is an excellent member of staff and a real asset to the hotel. Thank you for making our stay so much better.
Breakfast staff were super also!

Had a great visit, the rooms are small but very comfortable. The location is fantastic with plenty of options to eat. The rooms had AC which was so helpful after a hot day exploring. Breakfast was included so options for continental breakfast or a hot English breakfast. Would stay here again.

Not bad hotel but wouldn’t consider this a 4-star. Close to the tube which was convenient. Room was very small
