For $38 per night, you get what you paid for. In my case, I budget travel. This was the first time I stayed in a guest house anywhere in the world. Majestic House 7 had mostly everything I needed. Most importantly a bed and a private bathroom. The owners were kind and available when I arrived late evening., but otherwise, they weren’t seen the 6 nights I was there. It was very inconvenient that there was less than half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom when I arrived. That was pretty much the only thing that highly annoyed me. Absolutely no extra rolls available. This is always a basic necessity, especially for women. I ended up using my own packs of tissues! I also noticed the batteries inside TV remote no longer worked. The owners need to do a better job to inspect and replace amenities. My first impression was just ok for my overall stay. The location was perfect; just steps away from metro station, parks, museums and many restaurants, bakeries, etc.

Clean room. Very small bathroom (typical for Hong Kong guesthouses) but reasonably priced and safe for a solo female. Staff was wonderful. Kept my bag until I left, recommended the free bus to Macau (where I was headed to next). If you are flying into Hong Kong and want to visit Macau, ask about the free bus before you leave customs. It is not available once you leave the airport. Overall, nice quiet stay.

Location was good, the room was small but enough for a solo stay in HK. The room didnt have a hair dryer but issues were quickly resolved by night. A good budget stay in HK

Very good location, the entrance is quiet and private. The room is old but not a problem. In room hair dryer and AC adapter available. The common area has a shared refrigerator, free toothbrushes, earplugs and chopsticks. The bad side is weak Wi-Fi signal.

Cozy space. Stays a bit warmer than other similar rooms which is good in the cold season. Toilet seating is cramped. Shower is hot. Noise levels typical for HK.

Dưới mức trung bình in fact i did not stay at this hotels because my all flights was canceled due to the broke out war in our country , i can not say if it is terrible but i can say it is a poor treating for the guests . i asked them to cancel or issue a voucher for next trip !! no reply !!
They know very well that i could not visit Hong Kong because of an out of hand reasons
they should treat us better

Great location, right next to the subway with lots of eating places around. Very convenient. Room is very small but clean with air condition, TV and wifi. When you shower you will get the whole tiny bathroom wet. Entry way is not on Nathan Rd but on the side street. Will stay there again.

Tuyệt vời I think the place is a good value for money. It is not easy to find a place that cheap.
There are 2 English channels on TV. The rest are Cantonese. There are 4 power plugs, but one goes for the TV, and 2 are under a table between the two beds (in the twin room I am staying in), which may not be easy to access. If I do stay here again, I would want to bring an extension cord.
They have free toothbrush and toothpaste, and shampoo and body soap.
What a previous said about the toilet and the floor being wet is so true. It seems that it is hard for the water to dry off.
The front desk is there for limited hours. I came in the afternoon, so I came at a time when there was somebody at the front desk, and have no problems.
If I come to Hong Kong again, I would definitely stay here.

Rất tốt The guesthouse is located just off Nathan’s road and right across the street the metro. The room was clean. the single room is a tight fit, but the double is large enough for two people.
There really isn’t a place to socialize with others so if you are a solo traveler and looking to meet people, then it may not be the best location. But overall a good deal and I recommend it because it’s so easy to get to other parts of the city!
