Best place in the area by far

The hotel room had everything we needed, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was amazing.

The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff were helpful and always greeted you with a smile. Air conditioning in rooms was perfect.

The welcome when we arrived was professional and friendly. They had popsicles to take due to the heat. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Lots to choose from including champagne and ingredients to make Bloody Mary’s. The room was just the right size for a couple travelers. The elevator is small but that’s to be expected and it worked great. Location is good for walking, very close to lots of shopping and the statue of David.

The place was immaculate close to all the touristy activities, the staff was very helpful, the room were huge per european standards. definitely will rebook if I am in florence again.

Top to bottom flawless and fantastic stay! Super appreciative that our room was ready a little early prior to check in time. A beautiful hospitality gift was presented upon our arrival. Estlyn was such a friendly face each morning at breakfast as she kept us well stocked on espresso and cappuccinos!! Location was just perfect for us as we were so close to the Duomo and the Cathedral. Pleasantly the T2 tram from Peretola Airport brought us within 2 blocks of the hotel ( San Marco stop) which was super convenient as to avoid taxi service upon arrival in Florence. Would absolutely recommend for its location and serene atmosphere. A beautiful hotel to relax at after a busy day enjoying Florence!

Hotel staff were polite and helpful. Room was good size and clean. Location is not too far from the action. Plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Recommended.
