It was an ok stay, though it is a very central location. Noise wasnt that bad. Housekeepers are excellent and front desk commendable though F&B was efficient, was not good at customer service. Food on menu was average and breakfast buffet the same. It would have been excellent in its hay day but now run down. A little pricy for what you get.

Generally good, the staff had great disposition to help The breakfast is not great (pointing this out as I saw many people praising it and I found it insufficient)

sur le site web j'avais vu terrasse sur le toit. Il n'y en avait pas. Le restaurent est bien mais très dispendieux. La salle de bain était à rénover. La vitre de la douche pour empêcher l'eau était brisée.

The location was good however the toilets and toilet floor was not clean. There was a leak from the pipe near toilet seat. Not a four star standard Breakfast was ok However all the staff in particular Omer from hotel reception was very pleasant and helpful

Excellent quirky property. location is perfect with easy access to medina as well as the other tourist areas. Slightly difficult to get to as it is in the very centre. the room was amazing with great decor. AC didnt work well so was a bit hot.

My receptionist, upon checking in, asked me if he could join me in my room, as a solo female traveller, I've never felt so unsafe upon my first foray into the country. I barely slept and left as soon as I could the next day. When checking out, they tried to double charge me. Breakfast was mid at best - be on your guard here.

AC was never on. Apparently it is only turned on May 20th and later. Wifi didn’t reach the room so had to use Data.

Excellent location! Staff excellent also.
