Staff are nice. Breakfast is basic. Parking is good.

Stayed for 5 days for our Universal Studios trip. This location was very convenient and even walkable to City Walk and Universal. It will take about 25 minutes if you decide to walk. Breakfast was hotel typical. Nice place. Offered 4-5 different shuttle times to and from the Universal parks.

Breakfast should have more options to eat for non-pork eater

Recently I’m staying with my family, the staff, room and amenities were excellent. I’m very satisfied with the hotel staff and location near to universal parks.

The people who work there were so very kind and helpful. We did have an issue with bus in the room and we didn't feel comfortable using the pool, it didn't seem clean and had some food (grapes) in it.

Good location, breakfast and amenities.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I booked two suites that were confirmed through both Expedia and the hotel, each advertised with two beds and a sofa bed. Upon arrival, I was informed that the room type I reserved was no longer available because the hotel had sold out those rooms. What makes this more frustrating is that I spoke with the hotel the day before my arrival and specifically discussed my reservation. Even the alternative room arrangement we discussed was not honored. Traveling with a group of nine guests, I had very few options and was forced to stay despite not receiving the accommodations I paid for. I even had to purchase an air mattress at my own expense to ensure everyone had a place to sleep. The General Manager was unprofessional, dismissive of my concerns, and falsely claimed to Expedia that I had been accommodated with the room type I reserved. I also felt threatened when he mentioned removing me from the property. To make matters worse, the pool was dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, the hotel failed to honor a confirmed reservation, provided poor customer service, and created a stressful experience for my family. I would not recommend this property. Hearing the General manager say "that is why people should book third party" made me feel like I was less for doing that. So dissapointed and hope that this doesnt happen to other families. I learned from this and I dont trust Marriot or expedia with my future family vacations.

Staff was polite and helpful. Property is a little dated, but it was clean and beds were comfy.
