Best location & staff was very friendly

This condo property is the perfect location on the north beach. We had an ocean view on the third floor. The pool is lovely with a shaded area if you get too hot. The beach is very clean and they set up your chair and umbrella for you and can get food and drink service. The ocean is good for playing and swimming. The bathrooms are very clean and well attended. The condo itself was nice. Kitchen was small but that worked for us as we mostly went out. The couch was more of a settee and not big enough for a nap. I will say the music from the restaurant next door is quite loud. It is shut off about 9 or 10 but if you nap in the front bedroom , you need ear plugs. There is alot of noise in Mexico and the world cup soccer heightened it. It is an easy walk to the fun main street. We felt very safe here. Would stay here again if we go back.

My second stay here and I will absolutely be back. One guy at the front desk was pretty rude our entire stay but I am still going with 5 stars because everything else was absolutely amazing.

It was awesome that the property was right on the beach and had a gorgeous pool. It was also right next to the Mayan Beach Club restaurant and bar where you got discounts on food and drinks for staying at Nautibeach Condos. Nautibeach also had staff that would set up your lounge chairs and umbrella on the beach wherever you wanted it. You could also get service on the beach from the staff at the Myan Beach Club if you wanted food and drinks. The location was great as it was on the best beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. What I didn't like is that there were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms as stated. It was only in the living room which had no pull-out couch for sleeping, as the furniture in the living room was nothing but cheap outdoor furniture that was so uncomfortable. Our unit was right next to the security entrance where all the deliveries came in so it woke you up early in the morning, and the flood lights were on all night which kept you up because the lights shown through the sheer curtains. The cleaning staff did a great job during the day while we were out.

Favorite place!

Nautibeach Condos are beautiful. We don't stay anywhere else when on the island. Great staff, nice pool, close to the beach and a great restaurant right next door. Love the rooms and the views as well.

LOVE this property! Always clean and quick to fix any problems! Security is great too!
