Arrived late but was able to get in very easily, super convenient and a great location

Not suitable for people with mobility issues. The lift is tricky and is only for carrying luggage. You will still need to climb the stairs to reach your room. No staff is on site and you can only contact them by phone.

The sound proof of the property is very poor. I can hear so many other next doors

It’s a good, clean, small room in a great area - it has the basics but that’s all, so not the place if you are expecting something more expansive, but fine if you need a bed around here.

Very nice area with adequate accommodations. Good for traveling alone or in small groups.

This place is extremely dirty and run down and lacks amenities as well. The service was basically nonexistent tbh. The only positive aspect about this place is probably that the bed is pretty comfy

I think this hotel would be okay for short stays, but I wasn't thrilled with it for my 2.5 week trip. The area is magnificent and the staff were all kind and helpful, but I had some minor issues with many aspects of the property itself. The room was quite small and not adequately ventilated, so it became overwhelmingly hot and humid while you were away (and the bathroom never dries fully). The expedia listing mentioned a washer/dryer which was the main reason I booked here, but those were not available for customer use. You can ask the room to be "made up" any day you want, but I quickly discovered they did not clean the rooms or even replace the bedding. Only towels were refreshed and sheets were put back properly on the bed... but not cleaned. Due to the humidity of the room and my longer stay, this was really unfortunate. Finally, these rooms are absolutely NOT soundproof... although it was mostly quiet and not an issue, there were several times I woke up to a dog barking in another room or someone throwing up. Unfortunately, that second one happened multiple days in a row, but I guess Hongdae is an all night party area, so it is what it is. Overall, I don't think I'd book here again unless it was a short stay (maybe 2 or 3 days at most). For a similar price, you can find much higher quality places around Seoul.

Nice stay, well located and easy to get around. It was quite noisy, especially at night (drains, other rooms etc). Bathroom is a wet room, not a shower but this wasn’t the end of the world. For the price, worth it! Lots of coffee shops / restaurants etc nearby.

The stay itself was nice, in fact it might be my favorite one out of ones I’ve stayed in Seoul so far. For one person, it’s really not a bad deal and the bed was nice. My only minor issues were the claims of sound proof when it was not and the (hot and humid) 10 minute walk to public transit (I’m lazy). They weren’t deal breakers or anything major but definitely things to look out for if these are things you want differently. Honestly, for the price, I enjoyed my overall stay and would definitely book here again given the chance.

The location is very closed to Hongik University Station Exit 4. The area is very quiet but I cut my visit short as I was looking for a more brighter room and more space. I needed something that made me feel more comfortable. It’s convenient for solo travellers that are on a budget.
