Beautiful Place

When we checked in, staff was very unfriendly and extremely unprofessional, missing to include some of the items in our reservation. Now of course hotel always has fine prints even when you receive hotel credit, make sure you understand what you can use it for, even small things like tips you may not be able to use it. Just be aware of all the different charges.

The property was clean and well maintained, and there are plenty of restaurant options on-site. However, dining can be quite expensive. One improvement I would love to see is a higher observation lounge, coffee shop, or cocktail bar on the 40th floor where guests could simply relax and enjoy the incredible views. I was also disappointed with the room assignment process. It seemed that some of the better rooms are held back for upselling, particularly for guests who book through third-party platforms instead of the hotel's direct reservation system. For example, if you reserve a wraparound suite, you may not receive one of the more desirable South Boulevard Tower locations, even when they appear to be available. The customer service at the Players Card guest service left something to be desired. Rather than feeling welcomed, I often felt like I was inconveniencing the staff whenever I asked for assistance. Hospitality should make guests feel valued, and unfortunately that wasn't my experience. Another minor issue was the layout at the Boulevard Pool. Guests frequently move lounge chairs into the middle of the walking areas around the pool, making it difficult for others to navigate comfortably. It would be helpful if staff kept the chairs positioned along the sides to maintain clear pool walkways and a more enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. My biggest disappointment came after I returned home. I accidentally left my JBL speaker on the nightstand in my room. It was

This hotel is so beatuful its busy but when up pull up you feel like you are royalty. Everyone is so helpful and they do their best to make you feel special. Everything is clean, well lite, and smell so good..My room was 2407 Chelsea tower . I Had a fountain view. The view was so nice . Elevators ran very well for such a large hotel.I was just laying in bed looking at the night lights and fountain show. The shower was amazing, This was the first time I tried toiletries from a hotel and they where amazing. Never a problem getting taxs or ordering Uber. The valet key attentive, I nerve open or closed door on ride start from this hotel or returning. I am very over the top about attention to my comfort and Cosmopolitan hit all my marks. My husband and I will be returning. Because we still did not get to see the whole hotel. So, we are returning and hands down Cosmopolitan is the winner.

I had an excellent experience for me and my girlfriend first weekend getaway together. Couldnt be anymore From the initial greetings to the checkout process

First off, our room was not ready so we had to get another room because we had dinner reservations. And then we had a credit of 185 and 32 of that was tip. I understand we had to pay the tip; however, they took out the whole 185 from our credit when the food was 185 WITH the tip, so we ended up paying tip twice, because they charged me the tip again when we checked out. So I should have had 30$ credits left. I mean it’s only 30 bucks, but it’s the concept of it.

The room was not cleaned properly. There was dust everywhere. There was a pack of cigarettes that were near under the bed. I had booked for a ballagio view. I did not get it. I asked about changing my room and there were none other available. They spelled my email incorrectly and I did not receive any of the emails I was supposed to for my stay.
