Location was conveniently located close to ENSMA. Room was a bit noisy when neighbours were active at night. Room condition was good. Great value for the price.

Liked restaurant and reception areas

This was a one night stop over and so we didn’t expect much. Room was OK, breakfast also OK. Lack of how water in the room was a definite issue, we didn’t find out about this until our morning showers by which time it was too late to do anything.

The room had absolutely no heating. The temperature was -1c. It would be impossible to sleep in a room at this temperature. We were offered another room. This also had no heating. Eventually reception averred us a portable room heater. Also, we plugged our car in to the electric charger at 11pm for an overnight charge. We were charged 130 euros - the most expensive charge we have ever had. they charge for time (not electricity). Are you expected to get up in the middle of the night to unplug your car? Also, there was no indication of the cost or conditions at the charger. It was only when the cost came through on our credit card. The hotel is rated as 3 star. I do not think it deserves 1 star. Avoid this hotel if at all possible.

Good hotel for overnight in transit. Beer and food a bit expensive for us. Nice dining and bar area. Plenty of parking. Good access to motorway.

Very comfortable and nice food I’m the restaurant. A return customer who uses this hotel regularly and would recommend.

Typical user friendly Campanille

A lovely hotel with the most AMAZINGLY helpful and charming 'after hours' receptionist, Jeremy. He went out of his way to be helpful and accommodating .. not many would have been so helpful as he was. As we had suffered a 6-hour delay at Eurotunnel, at the start of our journey, we were not able to arrive at the hotel until 2am, and were understandably very tired and exhausted, but Jeremy did his best to make everything as easy as possible for us.. a million 'thank-yous' Jeremy!
