Our room had bed bugs. Didn't stay, no refund.

The Wi-Fi was nonexistent. I was supposed to work, but I couldn’t connect. The room was old and dirty. There was no hot water. Check-in was fairly simple, but didn’t feel welcoming will not be staying again.

We arrived super early and thought there would be no way known we would be able to check in early. We decided to ask, explained that we were driving to a Celebration of Life in Oshkosh, but didn't need to get there for another 3 hours. The lovely lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and said she would see if a room was available. There was and it made a huge difference to tired travelers who had only gotten 1.5 hours sleep. The coffee helped too😁.

It’s everyday breakfast which I love about about it and it’s a movie theater behind the building which is fun things to do

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. Plenty of parking and stores available nearby.

No pool as promised but we were good

Moderately clean room with an odd smell, fitness room was completely inadequate, ice machines not functioning. Breakfast was all processed, pre-packaged food. It is a budget hotel.

This is an older building but we weren't looking for anything fancy. They don't clean the rooms. Everyday which seems to be the normal at a lot of motels. Good location right off the freeway. Breakfast was a good setup - scrambled eggs, sausage, waffle maker, cereal and yogurt. Only negative was there wasn't much nearby for restaurants.
