My recent stay at Edsa Shangri-La Manila was truly outstanding and exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with genuine warmth and hospitality that made me feel welcome and valued as a guest.
The hotel is beautifully maintained, offering a perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and tranquility in the heart of Metro Manila. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The lush gardens and resort-like atmosphere provide a peaceful escape from the busy city and create a unique experience that sets this property apart.
The dining options throughout the hotel were excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality cuisine and exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was professional, courteous, and eager to assist, consistently demonstrating Shangri-La’s renowned commitment to hospitality.
What impressed me most was the attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction. Whether interacting with the front desk, housekeeping, restaurant staff, or concierge team, the level of service was consistently exceptional.
I highly recommend Edsa Shangri-La Manila to anyone visiting Metro Manila, whether for business, leisure, or a special occasion. It is a world-class hotel that delivers luxury, comfort, and outstanding service at every level. I look forward to returning in the future.
