Tốt The room was suitable for a one night stay, with great proximity to London Victoria. Some parts of the room were a bit worse for wear, for example the net curtains were torn. We also found some previous users rubbish down the side of the bed, which was missed during the cleaning. Also just a shame of the scaffolding right outside the window (front facing). Otherwise does the job. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Didn't feel like budget accomodation at al! Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful including carrying bags due to lack of lift. Fully functioning air conditioning and power showers. Probably one of the best hotel stays I've ever had. Very close to victoria and restaurants and bars

Honestly one of my worst hotel experiences. The kids at the front desk are really nice and that’s the only plus. Phones don’t work, Internet didn’t work, barely space to turn around in the room. There was an issue where we cancelled the first two nights due to illness. When we arrived they said they couldn’t refund anything because they kept the room available for us.. yet we were told the room wasn’t ready and that we should come back. Email to the manager went unanswered. I’d avoid.

Hotel was decent enough. Good location, room was clean and comfortable. Staff member at check-in was helpful. Couple of issues that I appreciate aren't going to be ongoing: (1) I arrived to check-in at 6pm but still had to wait another 30 minutes due to A/C being fixed in room. Thankfully I didn't have anything to rush to, but not ideal considering check-in should have been available from 2pm. (2) Wi-fi wasn't working for full duration of my stay (2 nights). Again, not ideal particularly when network signal is patchy inside hotel. (3) There was scaffolding up outside my room, right up at the window, with workmen on it from around 8am both mornings. Not great for privacy or noise disruption.

The room was compact, as advertised. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The hotel was close to bars, restaurants, shops etc. Walking distance to virtually anything you could want. The staff were fantastic. I would recommend the hotel to my closest friends just based on them. Nothing was too much trouble, so friendly and genuinely lovely, kind and thoughtful.

I loved my stay at the Mornington Hotel! I was originally booked at a different hotel in the area but switched to the Mornington after realizing that my original booking didn’t have AC. I am SO glad I made the change! It’s been HOT here in London. The Mornington had incredibly strong AC (I even had to turn it down at one point). My room was very small in the basement, no windows, but honestly I didn’t care. The bed was super comfortable, the room was clean, and the neighborhood is lovely! Very quiet as well. There were two young women who worked at the counter while I was there and they were both lovely, very friendly and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and wish I would have booked it for my entire stay instead of just for one night!

Clean room. We were in the basement so no windows but the air conditioner was great. Staff were great. A pleasant stay.
