Great location and close to just about everything, including multiple public transportation option. We stayed for a week and the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommend!

This is an absolute gem in the heart of the city! Amazing location. Amazing staff! It’s absolutely perfect spot to take the city in. Dining, shopping, tourist hot spots etc. we will be back here without a doubt.

This property was in a great location in central Lisbon. The staff were very friendly and helped, with insightful information on our itinerary. The apartment was comfortable and well appointed. We would recommend this to others.

Location

We have a wonderful stay at Villa Baixa. The location is amazing, we were able to wonder around in the core of Lisbon by opening the hotel door: everything is 5-20 mins away walking distance; the staffs are very helpful; the room is clean and spacious. They provided a free bottle of wine and supply mini egg tarts and cold drinks every day. We would love to go back next time

I absolutely LOVED this place. I switched hotels last minute for convenience of location given I noticed my other hotel was a bit of a walk from the action areas of downtown Lisbon…what a perfect choice. The views are great if you get an upgraded room with a small balcony. The apartments are very modern and clean, GREAT for families traveling with young kids like we were. The front desk is super accommodating. Slam dunk pick and the prices are great!

Excellent location and staff attentions was great

I highly rate Villa Baixa. From the moment we walked into Villa Baixa, we felt welcomed. The lobby was warm, inviting, spotless, and smelled wonderful. The front desk was incredibly pleasant, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. The building is very secure, and there’s an elevator, which is a huge plus. Since the front desk closes at 11 PM. The staff took the time to show us exactly how to use the key card to access the building after hours. It was simple, easy, and gave us peace of mind. One of the little touches we really appreciated was that every morning they had complimentary water, flavored water, and pastéis de nata in the lobby. The staff was incredibly helpful with directions, sightseeing recommendations, and getting around Lisbon. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. Location was excellent and central to all. Even though our apartment overlooked the street and the famous trolley line, we couldn’t hear any street noise at all. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the shower was fantastic. It felt like a home away from home. The staff helped arrange a 4:30 AM airport transfer to the airport. Service was convenient and one time. I would absolutely stay here again and give Villa Baixa 5 out of 5 stars.
