Instalações e comodidades simples para quem se apresenta como um resort. A equipe é confusa para passar uma simples informação ou orientação sobre a ilha, além de apresentarem divergências quanto aos serviços prestados. Café da manhã deixou a desejar.

Pat the manager and all of the staff were very helpful and friendly! Clean room. Did not realize that they provide mosquito control services in room daily if you only ask! Supplied us with extra supplies daily and doubled the toilet paper amount given to us daily after only 1 request! Perfect beautiful location right on the beach with food service until 5 pm and cocktail service from 1100 until….. Great experience and would come back again!

We were traveling with our 2 teenager children so we booked the family room with 2 beds that sleep 4. Unfortunately the room does not match the 8 star rating this has on Expedia. The shower didn't work and the sink was very slow to drain. We are from Canada and our 3 prong electric adapter didn't fit the 2 prong ones in the room. Overall id give this particular room a low score. But we did peak into the bungalow they had for 2 people and they looked lovely. So maybe just the big family room is old and run down?
We really enjoyed the location and restaurant was good breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly.

Good location ,very expensive for the standard of accomdation ,sea veiw rooms are behide the properties bar side pool which plays loud music every day ,not very good if you want sime quite time

beautiful pool beach side, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms could do with some improvements but overall accomodation clean and safe

Tốt I do not checked in the hotel due to the fees of ferry too expensive...1200 bth per person. Then I checked in at Royal Hill Satun Hotel. I also do not know the hotel located in island.....
