Dưới mức trung bình I had to sweep the floor on arrival. It literally hadn't been swept. The toilet also didn't work. Got moved to another room. Not much better. Staff were friendly enough. No criticism there. Just a terrible hotel. Rooms are in a state of disrepair. And super cramped. Can't comment on breakfast as we stayed out of there as much as possible, literally only using it to sleep at night, which isn't easy in the summer heat with no aircon. We booked 8 nights. After 4 nights I cut my losses, took the financial hit, and booked us into somewhere else.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. The room was unclean, and the bathroom was in such a terrible state that I didn’t even want to step inside. The sink leaked water everywhere, making it even worse. The photos advertised online are completely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the room. The room was unbearably hot, with only a fan provided, and the bed was broken. Overall, a very unsatisfactory stay and definitely not worth the money.

The property was within 10 mins walk of the station and not that far from the old part of Strasbourg. It was well equipped and comfortable. Check in and out was straightforward.

Tốt The space/amenities in the room were great but not the cleanest. There was also no air conditioning or even a fan and no screens on the windows so having them open left the room covered in bugs. The location was central but did not appear the safest. Also, it stated there was a car park but staff said only on street parking.

Nicely located hotel just 10 mins walk from the station and 15 mins walk into the centre.
Staff were very helpful.
Room was clean and had everything we needed.
Only small problem we encountered was that the WiFi wasn't very good.

Room had an odor like old drains which did not go away despite use. Airing the room out helped a little. Bed was both too soft and too firm, my hips and shoulders are very sore. Walls outside were relatively soundproof, but things happening in the corridor sounded like they were in my room. Otherwise, the room was pretty spacious and the location was pretty good, roughly equidistant between the train station and city center. There was a kitchenette if you need one. Always appreciate an elevator and baggage storage.
