Tuyệt vời The staff from checking in to checking out were very friendly and helpful. The room we had was a nice size , as with all this type of hotel there is not enough draw space other than that it was more than adequate.
Besides breakfast we ate in the restaurant twice , the food was nice cooked and tasty. The price was very good.
The only complaint I had was having to pay for the car park because I booked through Expedia and welcome break.com

Rất tốt Clean and comfortable. Amenities, struggled with iron. As a lot of people had requested it. And once i got it, couldnt seem to get it working. Otherwise, great stay as always.

Dưới mức trung bình The staff throughout were very unhelpful. On the booking, it does not state that the parking resets at 3pm everyday so you actually pay £10 a day. The staff were unhappy about helping in any situation.
The room is extremely basic. I was staying for my night shifts and there was no water bottles or fridge in the room to store food.
Despite having a do not disturb sign outside the room, someone decided to violently knock on the door to ask if I'm still staying in the room. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend it to anyone.

Dưới mức trung bình staff extremely rude / ac in the lobby works but the ac in the room does not work / horrible smell like sewage in hotel corridor and rooms /I would avoid this hotel and go elsewhere.

Food both nights same chef terrible,1st night got steak and chips steak not well done chips well over cooked rock hard,2nd night fish and chips took a hour then they had to re do the fish but instead of re doing the chips they fried same chips again and onions ring rock solid no potatoe left in chips onions rock hard,room carpet not clean couldn’t walk on it with foot wear family room a joke rammed 3 beds into one room couldn’t two people couldn’t pass each other no room

The staff were friendly, but I did not have breakfast. The bathroom looked clean, and the sheets on the bed were fresh. However, the carpets felt very dirty, and overall, the hotel lacked proper maintenance and cleanliness. I tried to use the fitness centre, but neither the air conditioning nor the treadmill was working. I will not stay here again.

The main issue with the room was the mattress. The springs were gone and it was so uncomfortable. Me and my wife had very restless sleep.

Dirty and hot as hell, I guess that is why the theme colour is red carpets (turning black). Staff will lie to your face to get you away from the desk. I was booked for two nights and decided to cancel the next night. The "lady" at the desk said no problem and took my email to send the receipt the next day. Of course that never happened. Just pay the 3.50 to park for 12 hrs and sleep in your car it will be far cleaner and safer.
