Room was spacious and staff very helpful. Great location for getting about the city

The location was excellent-within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and entertainment, which made exploring the area very convenient. However, for a property categorized as a boutique hotel, we were disappointed by the lack of basic amenities and the overall maintenance and cleanliness standards. Unlike most boutique hotels we have stayed at, the room only provided a generic soap, with no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion. The bathroom trash can was extremely small and unfortunately appeared moldy. We also missed the usual comforts commonly offered even by standard hotels, such as plush towels, bathrobes, slippers, and small bathroom essentials like cotton swabs, cotton pads, or a shower cap. Additionally, the coffee table in the room was broken, and housekeeping service was inconsistent. On several occasions, the coffee mugs were not cleaned or replaced, and additional coffee supplies and stirrers were not replenished. Overall, the room did not appear to be cleaned thoroughly, as we noticed dirty spots on the mirrors and in the bathroom area. Most concerning was the strong sewage smell that we experienced every day upon returning to our room, and sometimes even in other parts of the hotel. Unfortunately, this made our stay far less pleasant than we had hoped. While the hotel has a great location and some thoughtful design elements, the lack of cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, and comfort didn't meet our expectations for a boutique hotel experience.

Perfect location. Great room, hotel. They don't have a parking but nearby is garage parking, $30 per night.

The location is great easy to get around in the city. The room is clean. The staffs are very friendly.

Nice hotel, great location for exploring the city. One negative is the foul smell in the lobby and common areas.

Room walls scuffed. Mould in shower. Stained sheets & hair in bed. Three day stay only given one bottle of water.- had to pay for another. One day dirty cups not changed. Air conditioning would not work, kept on resetting to 26 degrees so room was extremely hot. Location was good for sites, transport restaurants & shops. Staff tried to charge us twice for resort tax

Great location! Hotel is situated perfectly for everywhere of interest. Ease of access to transportation. Safe and friendly neighbourhood. It was loud at times having a room with a balcony that looked out onto the square - but was worth it for the views. Breakfast was always plentiful and a great selection. The pillows are questionable able in the room but did the trick. Shower and bathroom huge! Housekeeping was regular and always did a great job. All in all a very solid choice of hotel if you wish to be near everything but

Great hotel and location for what we needed, drinking weekend :-) Perfect 3-bed room as well.
