Great hotel. We stayed in a family room which was perfect for 4 of us. It’s very spacious, nice and clean. The staffs were friendly and the breakfast was wonderful. The location is pretty good. It’s about 5 mins walk over the bridge to the bus stop.

Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly / attentive staff made for a pleasant stay. The hotel bar was a nice bonus and stayed open late, making it a great place to relax after a day of exploring. Breakfast was the weakest part of the experience. There appeared to be only one waitstaff member serving the entire dining area, and the selection was somewhat limited. There was also no menu available for ordering additional items. The temporary hotel parking area outside the hotel was difficult to find on arrival (due to paint not visible). Once checked in, the garage parking was very secure and convenient, although the streets leading to it are quite narrow and require careful driving. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Wooo the view from my room was great and memorable. Very scenic. And short walk to the lively area and restaurants around was delicious food.

Wonderful hotel! Very historic, beautifully restored, perfect location for walking around Innsbruck, and great staff. Delicious breakfast, comfortable bed and very clean. Highly recommend this hotel!
