Beautiful hotel. Rooms Modern, clean, rooftop restaurant fantastic. Hotel in right across the train station, minutes from spaccanapoli and coffee shops. Parking in a nearby lot was easy and only 20euro. Definitely stay again!

The location was great. Right near the train station. Easy walk to the Spanish quarter and the waterfront. The staff was friendly unhelpful.

The reception staff were very helpful. They checked us in early and upgraded our standard room to a corner suite with 3 large windows/balconies. Any other location this would have been wonderful but it meant that it was very noisy as overlooked a busy road. The bar/restaurant was very good with fantastic rooftop views, the location was great as very near train/metro station and within walking distance of a number of sights. I would recommend.

The interior is fairly spacious, the complementary breakfast is excellent(!), and the rooftop restaurant is top notch with a very decent view

This was an absolutely clean and comfortable place to stay. Minutes from the train station. Very convenient..

We have stayed here 3 or 4 times before and were welcomed warmly, including by Antonio (who helps with luggage). Giuseppe, who took care of our check-in. provided us free of charge with an upgraded room in gratitude for our continuing visits. Salvatore in the restaurant was wonderful when we had lunch with friends: he was attentive to our wishes and cordiality personified. The location across from the train station and the terrace restaurant and bar are two of the main attractions of the UNA.

Exzellent Location for Train Connections including Pompeij. Rough area. Great Rooftop Restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean and enjoyable rooms.

The property itself was good and most of the staff was nice and helpful. The downsides- there were a lot for us. No onsite parking it was a block away. Those guys were rude and jerks. No where to temporarily park Even To check in. I was not about to walk with luggage through the street at night so we had to illegally park and unload and hope we didn’t get hit by the extremely busy traffic. The area is SKETCHY at night!! Our toilet leaked and so did the shower so the floor was always wet. There were no screens on the windows so when the staff comes in to clean they open the windows. We each ended up with around 10 mosquitoes bites each and killed a lot in the room. Last, we took the items out of the fridge so we could use it for our own stuff. At check out we were charged $55 US dollars for items we didn’t use. We tried to discuss it and they said we wouldn’t be charged but when I got home and checked my bank account. The fee had gone through. I would not stay there again because of the negatives.
