Spacious comfortable apartment, located on lowest floor with windows facing the tracks and the back of the train station. Loud noises and announcements if leaving windows open. Tea/coffee, milk all available in apartment with bed linen and fresh towels. Friendly staff. Simple checkin. Luggage area to store bags if you arrive early.
Located at the top of Princes street, stop 1 for all Hop on Hop off buses. Don't follow Google maps it brings you around and under the road to face up looking at the back of the accommodation. Would definitely recommend. Roof top area is lovely

Rooftop view was quite good. Location was convenient from train station. Price was decent. Carpet in unit needed replacement, but unit was otherwise good. Property exits onto princes street right into a set of bus stands, so be ready to navigate lines of people. Room photos were for higher floors, which likely do have a view, but part of property is below the ground level behind it. Maps may try to take you down Leith walk - don’t follow. It’s literally right by Calton hill. Only other th with a washer, which apparently meant dish washer.

Great location. It worked well for us.
The room had a few issues. Nothing major but some lights not working, Dryer doesn’t dry clothes, etc….

Amazing location if you don’t mind a few minute walk to everything. And when we were tuckered out, the lounge was a great place to decompress with a GnT or Martini and read a book. Will be coming back

Large, clean apartment. Near restaurants and less than 10 minutes walk to the Royal Mile. Well appointed kitchen. I recommend it.

Location was perfect for us. Walking distance from the train station, airport bus pick-up, old town sights, shopping and restaurants.

Princes Street Suites was delightful. It’s convenient, the room was lovely. I really wish the stay had been longer. I guess that means I gotta come back!

The apartment was spacious with cooking amenities if needed. The location was fantastic as you’re right in the city centre, and the check-in process was seamless with helpful and friendly staff.

Rất tốt Very large space and clean. Staff was nice. Although they charged late check out fees, even though we asked for an extension for family.
