To as expected standard. Did what we were looking for. Carpark and storage space was ample and useful. Would recommend.

The hotel is a nice place with friendly staff. Each room has its own air conditioning and it was a great thing during this summer's heat wave. Room was clean and good size, and even has a kitchenette. I did try the breakfast one morning. It offered buffet of hot food and others. It is located just steps from the Cite du Vin and a nice 50 minute walk to the downtown. But there are some good places for food so it's not necessary to go downtown for food. Overall, good. Couple of things that may be useful for future travellers: 1. the reception is closed for a couple of hours during lunchtime. 2. There was no room cleaning during my week long stay. It wasn't a big deal to me but it may be more important to some.

Basic hotel,breakfast rubbish.

The room that I was in was very stinky , the sheets had stains in them and towels were very worn out . The staff were literally helpless

Located a little further for the center— it was hard to get around during the heat wave when the Tran was not working and Ubers and taxis were scarce. When I checked in, I did not get the room I booked and the AC in the room was broken. They rectified it the next day but it made for a very uncomfortable night…

No Ac and no bed but convertible sofa

Arrived at 10:15, reception was closed, lights off. Tried calling the number - no answer. Wasn’t able to enter parking garage- it was cold and pouring rain. Another traveler with the same problem luckily found the keys in a side hallway so we were able to enter our room. Room had no bed!! It was a disgustingly dirty pull out sofa. The room was cold - heat did not work correctly. Pillows were thin as paper. There was no real blanket. Towels were scratchy- horrible experience. We’ve traveled all over Europe and this hotel was the WORST place we stayed on this trip.

Really nice view from the terrace and great parking. Bed and pillow a but on the firmer side. Super nice with a pack of dishwashing necessities.

Really awful service from the reception staff. We called in the morning to ask about the parking we had pre-booked and were asked to park outside with lights flashing and come to reception and they'd give us the code to the parking garage. We did exactly that only to find that they close for two hours for lunch and *even though they spoke to us face-to-face* refused to give us the code that is the same for everyone! "I am on lunch break, come back in 90mins". Terrible. Aside from that, the hotel was fine. The area around is not the best but we had no issues.

Amazing stay in Bordeaux. Hotel staff was very accommodating and professional. Property is well located to stores, metro, restaurants and the center.
