Property old not well maintained

Staff member was friendly however did mention when I arrived that he was about to close, even though it was approximately 5.30pm and online says check in closes at 6.30pm. The 3 bedroom apartment was nothing like the photos online. The layout of the room was extremely strange and there were 2 sets of stairs within the actual apartment room which wasn't ideal for us to be staying with a toddler. We ended up leaving 10 minutes after checking in as it didn't feel safe to stay with 2 children. Photos of the rooms need to reflect what the rooms are as it's otherwise false advertising. I understand most hotel photos are somewhat enhanced however the difference from the room online to what we walked into was unacceptable especially for $350 for 1 night. Disappointed but will know to never book here again.

Because I arrived late due to travelling there was no one on reception. All good but when I called the number it took a fair while before someone answered. Because it was dark I then found it really hard to access the correct code on the lock box to get my key. When I finally got it our I had room #25. When I looked around, I could see room #1 through to #23 but not more signage or anything indicating rooms on the other side. The worst part of the night is when I had some young men knocking on my door at 10:30pm trying to get in!! I had to yell at them to piss off and it took a good half hour before they either left or went quiet. Not a safe feeling because there was no security on site.. If they wanted to kick the door in (like they had threatened) I was completely on my own against however many it was.. Not so bad as I am a man, but if that were a female in the room by herself, she would have been petrified I am sure.. Just a bad experience all round unfortunately. I won't be back.

Good laundry

Being on a major intersection in an area of loud vehicles and trucks means it is very noisy.

Very run down and rooms were noisy from traffic passing

It was clean. But that’s about it. Everything is old or broken.

No staff to be seen any where, people sitting out side your door smoking despite the no smoking signs. Noisy

Ehh, shower sucked ass, 2 king singles instead of king be that is advertised

My second stay here and I will be back!
