Room clean. Decent size for 3 adults in Europe. It had AC and a small fridge. Breakfast was very plentiful and lots of options. Super nice for us to return after a day out and before our airport shuttle that they arranged- could use the restroom, drinks were available, use of wi-fi etc.

They helped me store my baggage even after checkout, super clean convenient location and helpful staff

Carat was recommended to us by someone who has been to Budapest a few times. It was Ok, but nothing to write home about. On the last full day of our stay, when the outdoor temperature reached into the mid-30s, the AC was either barely or not working at all. Made for a very uncomfortable and poor sleep night on the day or our departure and long travel day back to Canada. Found a nail clipping in the bathroom. Generally the suite was adequate but nothing more. It is in a good location, close to St. Stephen’s and the Jewish quarter. Breakfast was good. If you’re on a budget, it will do but we would have preferred something a bit more upscale.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Breakfast was very nice & staff were helpful. Good value for money…3 friends sharing a triple room. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay in the city.

El recepcionista fue demasiado grosero

Nice hotel in a good location for travel round City. Helpful reception and room was very nice with great amenities. Shame the street outside is noisy, but it was the night before CL final, so prob just because of that.

The only friendly person was the female. The guys specifically the one with the glasses was very rude, didn’t want to help us at all and was racist. We do not recommend it👎

A great location, a great breakfast, with everything you need.

I would not recommend this property. I was misguided by the fact that there would be Airconditioning , there was none. I ask the front desk why and was told that the air would only be on during the summer month and that if I needed air I should open the window, being on the first floor I felt afraid to do so. I should have been told by Expedia , since my booking was for April, that there would be no airconditioning during my stay. I could have made a better choice booking the hotel.

First, I want to highlight the fact that this hotel promotes itself as having AC on Expedia. Even though it was cool outside I specifically booked this hotel because of AC since I am claustrophobic. When I get to the room it was very hot and when I asked the receptionist he blankly said “sorry either you get a fan or open a window” we decided to open the window and we could barely sleep at night because of the noises outside (the hotel is in a pretty busy area). Overall pretty disappointing
