It was great for parking space and staff.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My family and I stayed here over the Fourth of July weekend, and we had an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. One of the highlights of our stay was the outstanding customer service. Summer at the front desk was absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed, and every request was handled quickly and with a smile. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of great options to choose from, and the parking was extremely convenient with lots of available spaces, making it completely stress-free. It’s not often that you find a hotel that gets everything right, but this one certainly did. The combination of a clean room, excellent amenities, and exceptional staff made our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be staying here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay!

This place is great for a family stay, they have a mini kitchen that includes dishes in case you have time to cook. The price is very affordable and the location is in a very good area. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The only thing that was missing in the rooms was a full body mirror, but will definitely will stay here again.

Older but clean, toilet is old-fashioned and too low. Needs to be upgraded. Otherwise everything was good to excellent

This place feels like you’re living in an apartment home. It’s quiet n nice and the layout is very open. Not too many great views to brag about but everything in the room is great even comes with everything you need for the kitchen with a decent sized fridge. There’s a sitting area with a tv that swivels so whether you’re in bed. Sitting on the couch or in the kitchen the tv can be viewed anywhere in the room. The breakfast is killer too.

I had a few hiccups with the room, but was able to resolve with Jeff the operations manager The breakfast was excellent. The pool was wonderful and the staff was excellent.

Parking spots need to be reconfigured as the small spaces resulted in many vehicles choosing to double park. The property is definitely dated. We were in the area for an event and had booked over a month ago, but due time the chemical leak, many families were displaced and ended up in local hotels. Due to the crowds, we opted to check out and skipped the breakfast.

The hotel was almost sold out during our stay, and although all rooms are advertised as non-smoking, our room had a strong cigarette odor. We stayed here during the Garden Grove evacuation with our 2-year-old child, so this was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, because most hotels in the area were fully booked, we had very limited options. When we notified the manager about the issue, we were told that maintenance would come inspect the room. However, no one ever followed up with us, and there was no indication that anyone actually checked the room or attempted to address the odor. We are quite certain that no one came to inspect it. Overall, we were disappointed by the lack of response and effort to resolve the issue, especially considering the circumstances that brought us here.
