Room (executive double) included the basics -- instant coffee only; 2 bottled water, not replaced, for 3-night stay; small desk; adequate air conditioning. Minimum bathroom amenities -- hand towels but no washcloth. Despite repeated requests, housekeeping did not replace soap with shampoo. Buffet breakfast chafing dishes not adequately heated; despite inclusion in price, absolutely no seating available one morning due to entire tour bus entourage taking up all space. Front desk friendly and tried to be helpful, but erroneous walking directions given (limited knowledge of neighbourhood). Hotel location convenient to parks and commercial areas in Prague 2. Overall, price was quite high for what was provided. Better value for money available in same neighborhood.

I had a super stay at this cozy and very well situated hotel in Praha! A quick walk to midtown Metro stations and Congress Center. The staff was friendly and very helpful! My room had every commodities that I needed. Just sure your universal adapter outlet.

Nice enough hotel. Check in was a bit laborious. I was with a group of 16 but it seemed to take an age to get everyone checked in with city tax and €80 security fee (which you get back) on top of it

Worth paying for a room upgrade if you can. We had a good sized room, with huge bed on Floor 6 with a balcony. Hotel left a small bottle of fizz for my husband's birthday which was nice. Very clean and comfortable. Hotel in good location, very quiet. 10 minute walk to the Metro which was so easy (and cheap!) to use to get to the Old Town. Convenient shop next door to hotel and atm machine in lobby was very handy. Didnt use the bar but it didnt look staffed a lot of the time. Only two negatives. Breakfast was quite basic, no croissants or pastries, lack of fruit choices to go with yogurt, limited hot food choices, poor coffee, not 4 star selection in my opinion. Nice modern bathroom but bath/shower quite high to climb into, could do with a grab rail nearby for safety measure. Overall, a good hotel in a great location and I would stay again.

The room was really nice. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. They did their best to help.

El portero nos trató de manera déspota . Se les olvida q su razón de ser es el servicio.no recomiendo el hotel. La cama me pareció incomoda

The property is nice , a quiet area with nice restaurants and coffee shops but far away from the main attractions and public transportation. The included breakfast is very good. The room has a good size, good bed and separate shower from the toilet. Very recommended
