I’ll write a review later once I return home from holiday & which thankfully continues on at a far better property in terms of quality & very impirtantky decent customer service which this hotel sadly lacks in fir done of its staff & in particular one of its managers Mark. Extremely disappointing & not what I expect at all of Leonardo. Because if his behaviour towards me alone, let alone anything else I would not recommend AT ALL! I will be making a formal complaint as well & once I’ve enjoyed the rest of my holiday.

Nice hotel with a rooftop pool - very good for Barcelona - the area is not the best but it’s ok. Only gripes were the lifts and which had a mind of its own and the showers ovss was flowed in both our and our friends room - maintenance came but made no difference.

Tuyệt vời The room was clean with all bathing supplies and towels. Home slippers and beach slippers were provided. The breakfast was excellent and all items were fresh. The hotel location in Las Ramblas was quiet and there was no disturbance. Loved the hotel.

When we arrived at the hotel we were impressed by the friendly and professional staff. As well, the room was well laid out with plenty of room, nice and clean. The bathroom was very good, lots of room, nice amenities and quite modern. So far, so good until the noise started. The walls were "paper thin" and we could actually hear, word for word the conversations of both rooms adjacent to ours. Not only that, every time another guest came or went, the doors slam behind the guest - woke us up late in the night on both nights were stayed. The noise from the neighbors music in room 201 was so loud that we had to ask the front desk to have them turn it down which was a bit of a shame because they weren't playing the music all that loud but the "paper thin" walls meant that they couldn't enjoy their music. We've been travelling in Europe for a month now and have stayed in 6 hotels so far - this is by far the noisiest. If we'd been staying more than 2 nights before our cruise, we would have checked out. We realize that most hotels have some noise issues but this one was "over the top" !!! If you value a peaceful sleep, don't stay at this hotel. In conclusion, I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others.

The hotel location is very good. Plenty of shopping and dining options near by. The rooms need a little bit of work as far as updating in particular the bathrooms. Breakfast in the hotel is very good. Very fresh and many options. Very convenient

The hotel was perfect for our 3 night stay. Excellent location right in the gothic quarter. The room was clean, a good size, and had everything we needed. The included breakfast was also very good.

Outdoor rooftop area was awesome. Location is good, a little scary at first, but close to Las Ramblas. Rooms are clean, staff does a good job. The older elevator is worrisome, but it works. Newer elavator is much better.
