Via Veneto Prestige Rooms was the perfect stay in Rome. Easy walk to the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Coliseum. Beautifully maintained,, newly renovated property and great air conditioning which was much appreciated in the brutal summer heat. Many restaurants and bars nearby. The staff was extremely helpful with check as well as booking transportation to the airport, saving us a lot of money had we taken Uber or taxi. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location.

We had a wonderful stay in Rome with our family of seven! We booked three rooms, and all were modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated with fun, colorful furnishings and artwork. The location was perfect—within walking distance of the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, with easy access to trains, taxis, great cafés, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The optional breakfast was delicious and definitely worth it. We highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

It is a beautiful facility once you figure out how to get in & out- also they only take Mastercard or visa

We stayed for one night before our cruise and had a very pleasant experience. The setup is somewhat similar to a B&B. The rooms are very spacious, and each has a private bathroom. The building is very secure and clean, with an elevator, which was helpful in getting our luggage up three stories. The staff was exceptionally helpful, provided a wonderful lunch suggestion, and arranged last-minute for us to have breakfast on site. The location was also convenient, and we were able to walk to the Spanish Steps, BurghesePark, the Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Ac in room 5 would not go below 22C

**Beautiful hotel, but a theft incident left us waiting for resolution** We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Rome, and I want to start by saying the property itself is truly beautiful, and the owners were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, while we were out, a thief entered our daughters' room and stole jewelry worth approximately €12,000. We later learned that another room was also broken into that same night, which suggests a security gap that should concern future guests. To their credit, the owners were caring and supportive when we discovered the theft. The following day, they personally accompanied us to the police station to file the report, which we deeply appreciated. However, it has now been some time, and we are still waiting for compensation. The owners told us they would pay us once their insurance settled the claim, and assured us they would follow through. We are writing this review to encourage them to honor that commitment. We booked this stay through Expedia and are sharing this experience so future guests are aware. If the situation is resolved and we receive payment as promised, we will gladly update this review to reflect that. We really wanted to love this hotel without reservations — and hope to be able to say so soon.

Great hotel in an amazing location. A 2 minute walk from the nearest Metro station and a 10 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Beautiful clean and modern rooms with all the amenities you could need for your stay. If we are ever back in Rome, we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful. The only issue we encountered was with the air conditioner in room 2. It didn’t work quite right and would shut off in the middle of the night. In the extreme heat that was not ideal
