I chose this apart hotel because I was on an extended duration trip with family and we needed to be able to do laundry and minimal kitchen amenities. The tax for this apart hotel (not its fault) was really high -- but that's a Japan thing, not particular to this hotel. The staff were always very friendly. Most staff that we interacted with were very helpful, only one was rather not knowledgeable about the area. The location of the hotel is excellent in terms of being in the heart of Tokyo and near at least three subway lines. We had one bug in the room, which we eventually killed, but that's my only real complaint. It might be that that also can't be helped in a major city.

Clean room but rather small for 4 guests. Bed, pillows, blankets, AC and washer/ dryer can use improvement.

Rất tốt Great location and very spacious for Tokyo. The staff were so helpful, especially the gentleman who works in the morning. Apartment was spotless. The only issue was the blinds let in heaps of light so we woke up very early. Easily fixed with an eye mask though. Would stay again.

This was our 2nd time at a MONday Apart and it lived up to our high expectations. Friendly English/Japanese staff made check-in a breeze.
The Room: The Superior Family Room was incredibly spacious and comfortably fit 4 of us (2 adults, 2 kids under 10) with two larger-than-twin beds pushed together and bunk beds for the kids. No view, but great blackout curtains for a good night’s sleep. Only 2 rooms per floor made it quiet and private. It had a classic Japanese bath/shower with toiletries, and a kitchen equipped with a good-sized fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, toaster oven, pots, and plates. It had everything we needed and more!
Safety: Excellent. Completely keyless entry. You use keypad codes for the room and elevator, and a code is required for the main lobby after hours.
Location & Transit: Highly walkable and safe. It’s a 10-minute walk to Hamamatsucho Station, making trips to Tokyo, Shibuya, and teamLab easy. Tokyo Tower is just a 15-minute walk. Lots of small local restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
Airport Access: Haneda Airport is a direct shot to Hamamatsucho Station via the Tokyo Monorail (rapid train is the 1st/last stop, then a 10-min walk). Because we had 4 large bags and 2 kids, we took a taxi van instead, which took a stress-free 30 minutes.
They even lent us umbrellas on our one rainy day. Small lobby, but completely functional. We will definitely be back!

The staff is very friendly and the property is fairly close to all the tourist spots. Room was clean and was very spacious. Had a very pleasant experience and would recommend to anyone.

I traveled here with teenage children and it was very comfortable! The dining area was very convenient. We found lots of good restaurants nearby and it was nice and quiet. The staff was also very friendly and the room was spotless

I wanted a stay with a kitchenette and dining table. Monday Apart was perfect! It had all the kitchen utensils and dishes needed. The room was spacious. Bonus was having a washer and dryer combo. Love this place and would stay here again.

Great stay in a very quiet part of town. Only stayed 1 night. Staff went above and beyond to work with a luggage forwarding snafu and held our luggage longer than we first anticipated. Pillows were not stellar— but encountered similar style in Hokkaido, so maybe it’s just a thing here in Japan.
