My stay at this hotel was made comfortable and pleasant by one of the 5 receptionists I met, Amimel Haque. He was always helpful. The cleaning staff was excellent and the maintenance staff responded quickly when I thought the stovetop was not working. Great smelling soap in the bathroom. When I got to the hotel, I was given “the best room” that smelled like wet oil paint. I immediately explained that I had sinus and lung issues, using inhalers and needed a different room, but I was told the hotel was “fully booked”. I stayed in that room for 1 week, and got to change the room at the end of the week. Issues at the hotel during my stay included, mold above the shower; septic odors coming from the shower drain at times; no hot water for 2 days; the fire alarm going off for 5 minutes one day; the 2nd floor button on one of the 2 elevators was out of service; my room key stopped working before my checkout date and the male receptionist asked me if I had another reservation, or if I was leaving the next day, during my prepaid stay; one male receptionist was always unpleasant; the hallway carpet was filthy, but they seem to be refurbishing; the bed leaned to one side and the headboard was battered. I would return to this hotel because it was close to the train station and the neighborhood had all the necessary conveniences.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at Residhome Nanterre. There were three of us in the studio, which was clean, well-equipped, and functional. Despite being close to the RER line, the apartment is relatively well-soundproofed, which is great for getting a good night’s sleep. Another major plus is the location, just a 2-minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient for getting around. The only minor downside was the unpleasant odors coming up from the shower drain. Aside from that, the stay went well, and the property remains a good option for a short stay.

Clean room, convenient in-room amenities like the kitchen, microwave, fridge, and kitchen utensils.| there are many restaurants and groceries nearby, as well as a short walk from the metro station. The neighborhood seemed safe during the day and night. Definitely preferred staying here over the other hotel we booked previously.

Room was clean and kitchen set up was very good.

The room was a good size, a bit tired maybe. The big problem is that a rail line is outside the window and the noise is significant from very early until very late

We were early to the hotel for check in. We were allowed to check-In before 1 hour. Thank you for the warm welcome. Rooms and Washrrom were so badly smelling with cigarette smoke. Also, there was no exhaust.Rooms were clean but smell was rellly bad. Standing shower has just one door so it was leaking out sode the shower area when you do the shower. Iron was missg We enjoyed our stay for 1 vday. Coffee shop and Pizza shops are in near area.

Kitchen is inklusive, which is very convenient! Location is good for concert. But the bathroom needs to be renewed somewhere.

Stayed here as attending a concert at La Defense Arena. It is a great location and the Lidl downstairs is really handy. Good for getting into central Paris as close to station. Rooms basic for the price, could do with some care. Receptionist very abrupt on arrival. Expensive for the standard of room.

Really good place. I liked the big bathroom. Maybe would be nicer if service is done everyday same as hotel.
