Very convenient for locality’s, some of facilities tired need upgrade, lift poor, rooms very cramped in for twin room (was only a single really. Windows no catch to air room, open to all either shut or open!
Breakfast selection was very limited no fresh fruit (toaster) coffee, fruit juice ok

The staff were very kind to us. We had booked a double room, but moved to the family room at a small extra cost - for more comfort. The breakfast is excellent. We will stay here again.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and we had a nice view of the canal from our room. It wasn’t the biggest room (there was only space for one bedside table) but the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. There was good safe storage for our bikes.

Location is perfect 3min walk from the train station and 5min from the centre. Breakfast and facilities in the room could be better but in general very satisfied in terms of cleanliness, quiet and located in a safe area. Heating in the room is fine but no AC in rooms which might be an issue in summer.

The Fletcher hotel is very accessible from the train station and this was great for us as we arrived late evening. Staff were very friendly and helpful but the restaurant was rather limited so we ate out, other than the first evening. Rooms are clean but on the small side and there can be noise from the street area. The hotel is in a good location for seeing around Middelburg.
