We had a lovely, enjoyable stay, the staff are 5* and their customer service is what would make me return if I come to Cape, I want to say a Special Shout out to Toby, Patience, and Zolani. We stayed for 3 nights and they made us feel like family by the end of our Short stay. Toby kept us laughing everyday, Patience extended our check-out time as a Kind gesture for a small water issue on our Check-out morning, and Zolani was on hand to make everyone feel safe, even accompanying us to the local shops at night as we was 2 female travellers. Everyone including the Cleaning staff deserve a pay rise/Bonus, they make the Hotel Great, we definitely hope to see you guys again, from Krystal and Sara, UK.

Perfect!!!! I loved my stay here, all of the staff was friendly and very helpful, I will most definitely be booking again in the near future. side note: book room 507😉

I was confused that this was a 4* hotel and over priced compared to a couple of 4* stays I had round the corner for a similar cost. The staff were aloof / borderline rude on entrance and felt in a rush. The AC was broken and extremely noisy - I daren’t ask if I could change room given the reception. The carpet and shower felt unclean. Bed was a decent size and the curtains were blackout. I didn’t try breakfast.

Clearly was once an excellent property. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Many areas of the property were in need of upgrades and improvements. Very clean. Area near the hotel is ok during the day, caution is advised at night.

- In a rather dubious part of Cape Town - No parking on or in close proximity to hotel - In other words, I got here in the dark and would have had to park a few streets away, in another garage and walk here! - And it is really a bit “grubby” - Strange TV options – one sport channel, a frozen e channel and Portuguese news!

I enjoyed my Mountain View room, food was good, and service was excellent. Especially Toby was very kind and helpful

Absolutely the best staff ever! And this is from the top all the way down. Everyone is personable, friendly, accommodating and helpful. I felt as though I was with family. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Cape Town.
