Beautiful hotel and excellent location. Staff is super nice and the food is amazing. Hotel is right at the center of everything. Lots of good shopping at doorsteps. The only reason I didn’t give a five star is because the bathroom roof was dripping water when it rained and even though they offered to change my room the options didn’t work for me. I would have liked some kind of food coupons for the inconvenience which is typical in situations like this with other hotels I have visited before. Overall a beautiful property!

This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with any hotel! My family was so excited to plan our return trip back and we will stay at the same place!!!! Superior customer service!

Staff are available any time and room were so clean anytime.

We stayed at this hotel in November 2025 - myself, my father, and my teenaged son. Our entire stay was fantastic - the staff were lovely, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms were spacious and very well appointed, with comfortable beds, large bathrooms with lovely showers, plenty of storage, and more than enough space. The courtyard was a must after a day of navigating the streets of Kathmandu - a really beautiful and peaceful space to unwind. The hotel decor was fantastic, with lots of local art all over. On the whole, I cannot say enough good things about this hotel - we loved it, and would absolutely stay here again if we return. We felt very well taken care of here. One caveat - there are no elevators, so if you have a room on a higher floor be prepared for a lot of stairs (at least it preps you for trekking!).

The location and property are AMAZING!!! We got upgraded to their best room, the Everest, W😍😍W!!!
