Staff were wonderful and amazing. The food was the absolute best we’ve had in all of our visits to Japan. The rooms and onsen were fabulous. Can’t say enough about this place. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff and services make the stay feels like home. Half board was super delicious and absolutely amusing. Private onsen was secluded and peaceful. Definitely staying here again if passing by Ito!

We had a Japanese style room with a private hot spring tub in the courtyard. Room was clean and spacious. The hot spring temperature is just perfect and enjoyable. We arrived very late to the hotel and missed our dinner. The breakfast was served in our room by two very friendly Japanese ladies. Staff speak very very little English but they use an interpreter online to assist guests. They provide courtesy shuttle to the train station.

The staff were excellent and took care of every detail of our stay. The private osen was such a surprise. We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely come back for a relaxing vacation.
