This was a strong 3star hotel and exactly as described. Perfect location for the attractions and we were able to walk to them and save travel costs. Owner was lovely and lent me a charger for my stay as mine broke, and everyone was smiles Top tip. Don't use the room service/order in. It's not the hotel it's local eateries but it was pretty dire.

I’ve had an amazing time at Sultan Palace , reception team Top man now a brother . Housekeeping team top and honest . Fair play

Room was extremely hot throughout the night. No ventilation. My eyes throat skin are dry when I woke up The street to the hotel is uphill.

The staff were incredibly attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. My room was beautifully appointed, offering stunning views of the city. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring Istanbul's rich history and vibrant culture. I found myself just a short walk away from iconic landmarks such as the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. After a day of sightseeing, I looked forward to returning to the hotel to unwind. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service. Every member of the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was memorable. I highly recommend sultan place to anyone visiting Istanbul. Aarff that’s working in the front desk is really a great guy always have a smile and always willing to help with any questions love him so much for this kind words and beautiful smile

Very central to the historical sites

Overall experience is so poor reception guy is so rude he gave us smelly room and there were no window in the room can you imagine I feel like I am living in a grave then I asked him to change but he’s asking me more money , I asked him for room service very bad respond we asked for iron he told us get it from reception and give us back ,like they have no employee to give us service ,they trying to scam us for taxi as well , overall may experience is so bad and exhausting

Its basically a 2/3 star rating. Entrance is steps going down to reception nit good for disabled. Only cleaning done was empty bins and change towels

Nice place
