Great place to stay, rooms have everything I needed.

Great location - easy walking distance between university and city. Fresh, clean and modern with separate bedroom and good sized kitchenette. Very warm and quiet.

At check in the host was extremely rude to my 18 year old daughter because she was a uni student. Due to this experience and clear discrimination against her I would not recommend this place.

Great bed for the night for a flying visit to Dunedin. Room had everything you needed and was immaculately presented

Super cute boutique hotel in a great location. Unit had everything we needed. It was very clean and modern, beds were super comfortable. Kitchen facility was great, we needed help with stove top and the host came immediate and helped us resolve the issue. It wasn't really an issue as much as just had to be reset. Upon check in the host gave us multiple suggestion for things to take in and do, all were exceptional. Top notch all the way!!! Would definitely stay again if in the area or recommend it to anyone traveling to Dunedin. 5*

Tremendously clean room. Very comfortable bed and bedding. Large newly re-modeled bathroom. Very easy to find. Off-street parking Numerous restaurants within easy walking distance.

The Beechwood Boutigue is absolutely amazing, the rooms are super clean, the owners are phenomenal, super friendly, very helpful, the location is great, close to shops and restaurants, easy walk to the the botanical gardens, loved our stay at the Beechwood and will definitely be coming back to stay

The very modern rooms were spacious and immaculate. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
